Cervix length 2.7 cm at 29th week
Hi , I am pregnant with 29th week running . I had my growth scan today and my cervix length is 2.7 cm ( TVS ) done and I had my cerclage at 14th week of my pregnancy itself due to my previous historyof miscarriageat 4th month . During 20th week scan length  was 3.10 cm but it got reduced now. Continuing with vaginal progestrone susten 400mg twice daily . I am walking for 10 mins after each meal .should I be on bed rest from now on to take my pregnancy full term ?

No need for bed rest Continue walking Length decreases a little as pregnancy progresses and 2.7 is still normal Nothing to worry But make sure you check the length again during next scan Continue with vaginal meds
Next Steps
check up after 15 days scanning at 34-36 weeks

You should also take Tablet Duphaston 10 mg , one tablet twice daily. You should continue with your walks.  You should take Tab Anafortan if you feel pain.  That should be sufficient.

At 20 weeks 3.1 CM cervical length was normal... As gestation age increases  there might be slight reduction in cervical length  so now 2.7 CM is ok  ... Continue yr medicine

Complete bed rest will not be advisable. As you have only 10min walking only it is recommended. What is the internal os diameter? Please share reports
