I have chest pain ,back pain ,neck pain ,and shoulder and hand pain for 2year i done all test related cardiac region all are normal ,today i done cervical xray sir/madam please reply for my report iam going to attach my xray film photo

Xray almost normal .
It can be due to bad posture and vitamin B12, D3 deficiency.
Can comment better after physical examination.
