Muscle relaxant is not the permanent solution, it only provides temporary relief. Neck pain generally occurs due to bad postures, tight neck muscles, degenerative disc diseases.
Next Steps
Consult with a good physiotherapist or consult with us online.
Health Tips
Regular exercise, postural correction and if needed manual therapy will help your cause definitely.

There is no harm in having a muscle relaxant once in a day but that may be temporary relief, however you should work and try to find out the root cause of your pain, be it bad posture, a tight muscle or muscle imbalance, hence treatment can be given ineffectively
Next Steps
Consult online and get alignment checked
Health Tips
Donot overtake the medication / donot delay treatment

Next Steps
You can consult a physiotherapist on the Practo app for devising a graded program best suited for your condition.
