Cervical length
Hi my cervical length in 13 week pregnancy is 2.7 cm and doctor prescribed progesterone sustained tablet and i m taking that tablet from 8 week of pregnancy should i go for cerclage ?

Previous obstetric history gives us the idea whether to go for cerclage or not.
If there was second trimester abortion then it becomes mandatory to get a cerclage done after NT NB scan.

Circalage should be offered if
You have a history of second trimester abortion
Length of cervix is less than 2.5 CM
Diameter of the internal os is more than 8 millimetre

Was the scan done by transvaginal route?
If done by abdominal route then get it repeated.
Previous pregnancy details ( delivery before time, leaking in previous pregnancy)
Next Steps
if length is decreasing then may be cerclage can be done, till then continue progesterone

If NT scan and double marker are normal
Ideally repeat scan to see how it progresses.
