In general , any exertion or strenuous work is avoided. You can move around in house and for your own daily routine. It will also depend on how many days have passe since your procedure and at what week of pregnancy you are in.
Circulate stitches will be removed at term, or earlier if you go in labour or have leaking before that

Most of the time no particular hours but we advice so u are not supposed to do heavy works or no jogging running jumping climbing stairs be in rest u can walk a little for washroom n all
