I had bacterial infection previously and currently i am recovered. I don't have any of the symptoms i have did by CBC 3 days back where i found my absolute ranges were normal but in differential count i found my Lymphocytes high and Neutropils low. What should we consider Diffrential Count or Absolute Count. Attaching my latest CBC report
So now you want to master the CBC report. You have to see all the parameters and not what the lab has given in bold letters.
As the Absolute counts are all normal so your condition is normal.
But repeat your test after one month as persistent abnormalities can occasionally point to chronic inflammatory states, autoimmune disorders, or—less commonly—hematologic conditions (such as specific types of leukemia or lymphoma).

neutropenia and lymphocytosis is usually a common phenomenon that occurs following a infection, may take a few weeks to get back to normal.Your total counts and absolute indices are normal , you don't need to be concerned.
Your report shows co exist viral infection along with bacterial infection. It will take little time to get normal. Just focus on diet, hydration and rest for now if there are no other symptoms like cough, cold or fever for now. Platelets are normal so there is no worry regarding viral fever.
Your total white cell count of 7000 is normal, and that matters more here than the percentages. Neutrophils and lymphocytes are usually reported as a percentage of the total, so a drop in one naturally raises the other even when both are fine in absolute numbers.
Next Steps
Your absolute neutrophil and lymphocyte counts are both within range here, so the percentage shift looks relative rather than a real abnormality. This pattern is common for a few weeks after recovering from an infection, as counts gradually settle back.
Health Tips
Absolute counts are generally the more reliable number to follow, but please consult your physician to confirm this specific reading against your full history.
