Feeling weak & tired can be a sign of anaemia... Only hemoglobin % can't define whether you are anaemic or not in ayurveda!! Treatment of AYURVEDIC ANAEMIA- pandu is important in your case! Consult first

According to your age Wight not appropriate. This fatigue may related with malnutrition,  any chronic illness. You should consult near by doctor for thero physical examination . Digestive and Diet  + pranayam and yoga are required with medicine

Hello your reports have mild ESR elevation but to rule out you need to tell some history about you then only I can diagnose properly. If possible go to a good ayurvedic practitioner near by or else you can book online consultation

High ESR will show any of the Following symptoms Headache Fever Joint/muscle pain or stiffness Loss of appetite Abnormal weight loss/weight gain Anaemia Then care has to be taken accordingly
