when cavity is noticed it should be restored/filled ASAP; because if it spreads further it needs Root canal treatment and cap. So, visit your nearby dentist and get it restored

In the back teeth specially the cavities look very small in seeing they are typically called pit and fissure caries but actually they are deep..you should visit a dentist and get it filled as soon as possible otherwise if the pulp of the tooth gets involved a root canal and later a crown has to be done..take care..
