Cavity problems
I have small black spot on my upper molar tooth sometimes suddenly start paining . I think its cavity .

Hi..if cavity is present and it pains then you might require root canal treatment.

In the back teeth specially the cavities look very small in seeing they are typically called pit and fissure caries but actually they are deep..you should visit a dentist and get it filled as soon as possible otherwise if the pulp of the tooth gets involved a root canal and later a crown has to be done..take care..
