Hello. Consult a dentist check for the stage of cavity . If it is present in enamel and dentin then only filling is required. But if it has moved to pulp tissue I.e the nervous layer then pain may start and root canal treatment has to be done. Get x ray done it will let you know which stage is it in.

For cavities, paste and medicine is not a solution.. Fillings is the permanent solution for the cavities... Don't delay without doing fillings once your cavity goes deep you will have pain and filling is not the treatment if your cavity is deep, you need to do Root Canal Treatment...

You should go for tooth filling. This is only solution. No medicine and paste required.

Hi....Medicines or paste is not going to make any difference. Get your cavities filled since it is the only permanent solution and in case if you delay and it gets deep the tooth will go for root canal treatment.
