I got cavity in my both side of molar teeths. Some days before i got pain also at one side. I brush two times and eat very less sweets. I using normal colgate. Still its not removing.
Should i change toothpast or any other treatment for it ??

Your brushing technique is not correct. Brush the upper surface of the molar teeth properly. The neck of the teeth as well. Use a soft bristle brush. Check YouTube videos for proper brushing technique idea. Donot eat anything after brushing at night. Gargle everytime after eating food. Get the tooth caries removed and filled. And get an xray done in relation to the tooth that you got pain.
