you have cavities on your first molar teeth..First and foremost x-ray has to be taken yo check for extension of carious lesion.... if the cavity reaches pulp then you need to for Root canal treatment of tht teeth followed by capping

Seems like it can be treated.
Visit a dentist soon and get it checked properly. They will take xray of tooth and then possibly they will suggest filling of tooth or root canal.
