I had cavities on my wisdom tooths severe pain without doing anything and pain at biting and eating and severe pain and sensitivity in cavity tooth while drinking anything

Hello sir.. you have cavities on your first molar teeth..First and foremost x-ray has to be taken yo check for extension of carious lesion.... if the cavity reaches pulp then you need to for Root canal treatment of tht teeth followed by capping

Tooth is decayed ,go for permanent restoration. If it is deep then root canal should done.go to a dentist.
