Cartilege , knee problem
Cartilege worn out in knee joints, So far no pain in normal walking and other activities with my legs. I would like to know whether cartilege can be grown again with any treatment either from ayurveda , homeopath or allopathic

It is certainly a degenerative bone disease. With Ayurvedic apporoach, results are very good with no side effects. Better life style and good exercises boosts the result. So consult an experienced Ayurvedic consultant. Thanks.

Most probable cause at this age is osteoarthritis... It's a degenerative bone disease...There’s no cure for osteoarthritis as yet, but there are a number of treatments that can help ease symptoms and reduce the chances arthritis becoming worse...options are analgesics, NSAIDs,intraosseous steroid injection and hyaluronic acid injections,Physiotherapy like strengthening exercises etc ... Treatment depends upon the stage...I would suggest you to consult nearest orthopedic surgeon they will do the needful
