Instead of going for calcium tablets, i suggest to undergo basti treatment which subsides all the symptoms of your mother. Consult nearby Panchakarma specialist, he will plan Anuvasana & niruha basti according to the condition.

At this age it is necessary to take calcium supplements regularly or a nutritious diet . Oil massage followed by hot fomentation is the best natural treatment. Digestion problem is also one of the cause for improper nutrition and ultimately leads to other problems eg backache . Migraine is also related to improper digestion . So first priority is to correct digestion , avoid spicy oily n fried food. She should avoid tea coffee and aerated drinks.
