Carpal tunnel syndrome
I had delivered a baby on 16/12/22 via c section but since last 5-6 days I am experiencing symptoms similar to carpal tunnel syndrome.Kindly guide to treat it as I have to singly handle my baby and daily chores.

This is a very common conditions it is commonly known as Mother's Wrist. Use Wrist and thumb support splint. Ice packs for 10 minutes 2-3 times a day.

Rest Use Cold/Ice pack application for 10-15 mins 2-3 times a day Strengthening Exercises Stretching Exercises If pain continues take Ultrasound for 7-10 days

Hi first of all get urself fully assessed by physio for weather it’s carpel tunnel or not . For pain relief apply ice packs (5-10 min) Spray voilini n wear wrist band.
