I'm really sorry to hear about what you're going through. Health anxiety, especially when it focuses on heart-related concerns like you're describing, can be incredibly distressing. It's positive that your medical tests have consistently shown normal results, which is reassuring regarding your physical health
Psychotherapy- , especially Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), can significantly help with health anxiety and cardio phobia. It focuses on challenging negative thoughts, teaching anxiety management techniques, reducing checking behaviors, and improving overall quality of life by restoring confidence in daily activities. Working with a therapist trained in CBT can provide effective tools to address your concerns and regain mental peace.
If all your test reports are normal consistently, this means you don't have a cardiac issue but it's your Anxiety of developing a cardiac illness . Repeated consultation with a cardiologist or physician will only help you increase the count of normal test reports .
If you really want to get treated get a psychiatrist consultation done ,and begin with proper therapy , surely you will feel much better . All the best
