Regarding cardiophobia
I have been very concerned about my heart health since 8-9 months. Every second of the day these terms are in my mind and i live in constant fear. Since last 1 week i am feeling imbalance while sitting. Can do walking, jogging, running etc without any issue. Ecg echo tmt are normal and are done 2 times in six months. Please guide me. I feel chest heaviness sometimes, it comes and goes. I also have gastric issue sometimes. But my mind relate everything to heart. Pl guide. Is it heart related or what.

It is likely anxiety disorder if the cardiac work up is normal. It comes as chest symptoms and gastric symptoms. Consult a psychiatrist for evaluation and remedy. Good luck

As per the reports it seems normal. But if you are having these feelings it warrants an evaluation by a psychiatrist. It can be anxiety spectrum disorder that you are having. With proper evaluation and counselling it might get better. If it is severe then medicines and psychotherapy may be needed.
Next Steps
consult a psychiatrist.
