Cardiophobia
I got severe cardiophobia in last few weeks it get worst I'm not going outside and have constant fear. Not sleeping properly just slept 3-4 hrs in a day. All my test ecg tmt normal and I went to psychiatrist he prescribed me Inderal la 40, placida and panazep LS 12.5 and now I'm so scared to take this. What should I do is this proper medication?
