Cardiophobia
I got severe cardiophobia since last few months but it got worst in few weeks I'm unable to sleep and go out due to fear and I lost so much weight too. I'm in constant worry today is a 4th day I'm just sleeping for 3-4 hrs in a day. I have done ecg 2D echo and tmt all are normal still I got so much fear. Please suggest want to do now
