Carcinoma Gall Bladder and liver
Carcinoma in Gall Bladder and reached in liver and covered it all. Carcinoma is metastatic in nature. Due to it she caught jaundice and reached up to 31 in measurement of bilirubin.

First improve jaundice Usually ERCP+ Stenting is done but in Gall bladder ca. blockage is usually high so in these cases we go for PTBD ONCE the bilirubin is

As per your description, it seems to be beyond cure by surgical or medical means. However, the patient can be made comfortable, pain can be controlled and means are available to help them eat normally as well. Kindly consult a surgeon or medical oncologist to chart out further treatment.

Please meet a nearby oncologist or gastroenterologiat for stenting to get the bilirubin down if obstructive jaundice.. If jaundice is due to liver dysfunction...it is difficult to treat...
