How have you been diagnosed as endometrial cancer stage a? Do you have an MRI or a biopsy? The treatment for this disease is a radical hysterectomy at a good centre. Should be fairly simple treatment if it is at this stage only.

I'm addition to what has already been said by other doctors, you have an option of getting this surgery done robotically or by laparoscopy. This would reduce your pain,  discomfort and recovery will be quicker.

Treatment of choice is total abdominal Hysterectomy + bilaterally pelvic lymph node removal + retroperitoneal lymph node dissection. Can be done by laparoscopy

Hello, I went through your query, considering her age, if general condition permits first preference for her is surgical removal of uterus. If her general condition is good and there are no other medical condition, then the risks and complications art minimal. Kindly talk to you doctor regarding this.
