Everything is going good m 22 but still m bit afraid or say can't sleep alone at night .shall i try sleeping pills?

Your problem needs to be treated as per the cause. Need to find exact cause. Taking sleeping pills may not be helpful. It can cause lot of side effects and addiction. It can be well treated with counseling sessions and homeopathic medication if required.
