Can your hip affect your uterus in any way? I was in a car accident when I was younger I am now 31 one and would like to have kids one day. My left leg curves inward with has caused some hip development issues. I don’t have a regular doctor but wanted to have some information on what I may need to consider moving forward.

if you have some hip developmental issues and suffer from abnormal form of gait, please consult your orthopedic doctor. Hip bone and uterus are not related in any way. Please also consult your gynae before conceiving and get checked by orthopedic surgeon for spinal curvature and associated pelvic problems.

This can be best commented on by a obstetrician after checking you physically wether your pelvis is adequate for normal delivery.
Next Steps
Other wise hip doest not affect uterus. Matter is different when pelvis is affected developmentally and is not suitable for a normal delivery, in that case caesarian section is always a good option.
