Can slip disc be recovered completely?.
I'm a student and I want to prepare for PSI for police department, Maharashtra. Today I got to know I'm suffering from slip disc. And if I do heavy exercise, it will harm my spinal chords. Will I never be normal? Does it not recover completely?

What is your suffering today? If its only Back pain then it is more due to posture and muscle health. You can slowly progress towards doing the exercises if you want but under guidance and supervision. The MRI picture may or may not change but your pain can come under control.
