Can pcod cause high sgot
I have pcod since 2016. I kept it quite under control. But after my marriage in 2019 I started eating a lot of fried and outside food .
During lockdown also didn't get much exercise.
In January 2021 I was diagnosed with thyroid and also had high sgot sgpt.
Currently it is 56-46.
Lab range is 40-45.
My USG scan is normal for liver and shows enlarged ovaries due to pcod.
Can pcod cause damage to liver and cause high sgot sgpt?

No it doesn't. Mostly it's due to fatty liver
