My tsh is 4.5, testosterone : 37, fasting insulin : 5
I am having irregular menses which is making it difficult for me to get pregnant. What is the root cause of my condition how can i resolve it completely

Would like to know the findings of usg abdomen/ pelvis on second or third day of ur circle .would also fsh and Lh levels .also need more detailed history

There are various types of pcos, in your case you have polycystic ovary and irregular periods without any other issue. If you want to conceive first regularise your periods by taking low dose OCP and myoinositol supplement for 3 months, after this either by natural methods or by ovulation induction and follicular monitoring you can conceieve
