Can birth control help recover periods cycle? Can we have sex when under birth control? If yes, then How should we take the dosage and how will this work? Would we need plan b or birth control will work? How does it work?

If you are taking Oral contraceptive pills then you can continue sexual relationship. You can go for copper T insertion . And continue sexual relationship with additional barrier contraception like condoms
