Can not concentrate in anything..
I have a g.f and I m suffering from tantophobia..I can't concentrate on anything..And of course nt in my study also...I think she is cheating me..But I have no proof..I want to forget all things related to her..I want to concentrate on my studies and extra curriculam activities also..

How do you know you have tantophobia... Have u been diagnosed by a practitioner.... If not please don't get diagnosis of net as that will lead to greater and unnecessary emotional distress, if yes then you must continue therapy under the practioner who diagnosed you and discuss the issue with him.
