Hello dear I can understand that you might be feeling irritated because your whole day gets ruined due to lack of sleep. But don't do things rashly in order to get rid of your insomnia. There might be many other physical as well as psychological reasons that you may not be able to understand now. Consult a doctor and a psychologist who can guide you towards the treatment of your insomnia. You can also contact me. I can help you through it.
