It seems to be post Partum psychological changes. Disturbing sleep is one important cause as well as effect. It needs to be addressed asap otherwise it may get complicated. It can be well treated with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine if required. Homeopathic medicine is safe for you and your baby at this point of time. You need an expert psychologist who is a good homeopathic physician.

Caring for your baby's needs can disrupt your sleep patterns. To improve your sleep quality, consider establishing a bedtime routine that signals to your body it's time to wind down. This could involve dimming the lights, avoiding screens, and engaging in calming activities like reading or gentle stretching before bed. Additionally, try to sync your sleep schedule with your baby's naps whenever possible to maximize rest. While 5-6 hours of disrupted sleep may be common for new parents, prioritizing self-care during the day, such as short naps when your baby sleeps or asking for support from your partner or family members, can help alleviate some of the fatigue. If sleep difficulties persist, consulting with a healthcare professional may provide further guidance and support.

Hi, Navigating sleep with a young baby can be incredibly challenging, especially when they wake up for feedings throughout the night. It's normal to feel exhausted and frustrated with disrupted sleep patterns. To maximize the quality of sleep you're able to get, try establishing a bedtime routine for yourself to signal to your body that it's time to wind down. Creating a relaxing sleep environment, napping during the day when your baby sleeps, and limiting stimulants before bed can also help improve your sleep quality. Additionally, consider enlisting the help of your partner or a trusted family member to share nighttime caregiving responsibilities, allowing you to get longer stretches of uninterrupted sleep. While 5-6 hours of disrupted sleep may not feel like enough, it's important to adjust your expectations and focus on maximizing the restorative quality of the sleep you're able to get. Remember to prioritize self-care and seek support from healthcare providers or lactation consultants if you have concerns about your baby's feeding or sleep habits. Be patient with yourself, as this stage won't last forever, and know that you're doing the best you can for both yourself and your baby.

As you are a mother of 8.5 months old baby, you might need to wake up and stay at irregular periods to feed your baby. As this continued for a certain period of time, your sleep cycle might have disturbed. Generally quality sleep of 5-6 hours is enough, but it seems in your case it is a disruptive sleep. Try to improve your sleeping time or follow certain relaxing exercises which can compensate your less sleeping time.
