Can I join gym & take protein diet BP
Can I join gym & take protein rich diet. I am having blood pressure between 129/88-135/92. My doctor suggested telmikind 40 for lowering bp. Can I join gym and take protein rich diet like chicken and egg? Or should I wait till my BP is reduced. Will egg, chicken affect my kidney at this BP

You can safely take protein diet. Protein rich diet is not going to affect your blood pressure. But high fat and high calorie diet will effect sugar levels as well as blood pressure levels. These days most of the chicken are being  injected with steroids and other antibiotics. Try to avoid such kind of chicken.... Otherwise you can say we have chicken also. Avoid red meat. Hope all your questions got answer
