Can I lift weight in gym after 4 months of gallbladder removal surgery?
Now my diet is change and can I take high protein and fiber foods? Which experience should i avoid ? Can I do abs and crunches exercises?

Yes you can have a normal life after gall bladder surgery. Take high protein high fibre low fat low sugar diet, avoid fatty food like cheese paneer and butter, avoid artificial proteins as they too contain fats and interfere with digestion
After six weeks you can do light aerobics and light physical activity where you are not straining against your pelvic floor .As far as the heavy abdominal exercises you should wait for atleast 6 months.You can take in moderation protein supplement.
