If your diagnosis is truly bipolar disorder, then escitalopram + clonazepam is not a standard first-line regimen. Antidepressant alone (escitalopram) can sometimes worsen cycling into mania/hypomania. Usually, a mood stabilizer is part of the plan — each with its own pros and cons in pregnancy. The safest plan depends on: How severe your illness has been. Whether you’ve had mania/hypomania before. Which trimester you are in now.
Next Steps
Do not stop clonazepam or escitalopram suddenly — sudden withdrawal can harm both you and the pregnancy. Please review ASAP with your psychiatrist + obstetrician

Definitely you must continue these medications, and under supervision of your doctor these can be taken if planning for pregnancy You are planning for pregnancy, one of the medication that is escitalopram has to be taken daily Second one Clonazepam is to be taken when required Most important is when you get pregnant, you must continue follow up with your psychiatrist and gynaecologist and discuss these queries too, show medical records to both doctors, continue follow up visits with both doctors Continue yoga, relaxation exercises, it will sooth you, has calming effect, reduce the need of Clonazepam Have sound sleep of at least 8 hours at night Reduce screen use Drink plenty of water, have more fibre and fruit rich diet, reduce constipation
