Can doctor tell if its 100%cancer seeing endoscopy and ct scan, blood work. Before biopsy?? Also is stomach cancer common?? In India?? In south india??

Hi The confirmation for a cancer is always histo pathological…by biopsy We can give an idea by looking at the lesion whether it’s a cancer or not, but not 100% Yes stomach cancer is common in India in people who are smokers, alcoholic, having unhygienic food, proper with H.pylori infections, hereditary, and fire unknown reasons
