Can starving make me feel? For some days o am eating so less to loose weight. But i am feeling. I m gaining weight.. What is reason behind it. Please explain me.

No starving yourself won't cause weight loss..
Instead, have your dinner early and keep it light. Eat less rice, potatoes.
Drink plenty of water everyday. Increase your water consumption.
Avoid outside food, processed food, fried food and sugar completely.
Exercise regularly.
