I have swollen lymph node mainly neck and groin both side and my igE 913 . Is that my lymph swollen due to Allergy?

It's highly unlikely to be due to an allergic reaction. It's most probably an infection needing anti biotics

It might be due to some bacterial infection too other than allergy...in case of fever and pain it’s better to start antibiotics after consulting a doctor
