How many calories should I take per day to gain weight? My weight is 51.8 kg and my height is 165 cm. I do regular workout of weight lifting exercises for an hour. I look very lean even after having 19 BMI. My goal weight is 65 kg. How many calories shall I take per day?

Weight gain is all depends on your lifestyle and food habits.Follow regular meal timings.Your diet should be rich in carbohydrates, proteins and healthy fats.your digestion plays a very important role in weight gain.
In order to gain body weight you need to increase your overall calories intake say if you add a 500 calories or more to all 7 days in a week if I assume your present intake is around 1600 or 1800kcal ,it Wii be 3500 kcal that will be help you gain app 0.9 kg b
