Had calcaneal frature yesturday remove plaster but still hv swealing and pain can't walk

Its common to have rebound swelling after a plaster is removed. Nothing to worry.

After removal of plaster swelling is common because of accumulation  of your venous blood during the period of immobilization...dont worry ...what you have to do is just keep your leg elevated while you are siiting or sleeping ...on a stool or pillows...it ll subside in a weeks time
