Facing problem of Calcaneal Spur in foot
I am facing problem of calcaneal spur in both of my foots. Lots of pain while walking. Is this can cure 100%. If yes provide me details with doctor address. I am from Dombivli Dist Thane.

If you got heel pain do calf muscles stretching exercises. Spur is not related to heel pain. Share your X-rays

Pl do local physiotherapy and use silicon heel pad
