Sir/Ma'am after c-section how long can't lift weight? And how much weight can lift ? 6/8 kgs weight can I lift within 6 weeks? Thank you

You should not lift any weight (except your baby) for six weeks. You should not lift more than 5 kg weight till six months. By that time your baby will be more than 5 kg.
