C section delivery
I had c sec on 16 dec,  after 4 days I hav pain in one hip, may be muscle pain?? How can I cure??? Can massage on hip for relief pain or any side effect of massage in stitches ?? Can we do any exercise???

It must be evaluated properly . Massage on hip joint can be done but avoid any application over stitch line. And for 6 weeks post delivery, exercise can't be advised.

Pain in the hip should be tackled by movements of the hip and, may be, application of Moov or Omnigel. No massage of the stitch line at this stage.

Hope you are taking calcium supplements regularly U can massage No side effects on stitch line Get urself examined to find out the reason fr the pain

You can do massage over hip. No excercise as for now. Consult for prescription please.
