Buttocks and lower back pain
I am feeling lower back pain and buttocks pain when sit pls look my x ray pls what should I do , I am taking nucoxia 90 mg but not relieved

You have early changes of lumbar spondylosis, which is degenerative changes of the spine. You need to start physiotherapy and be regular with it. Core and back strengthening. Need to correct posture, monitor weight too.

Ideal in this would be getting MRI ( of Lumbosacral spine) followed by targeted treatment.

take nucoxia mr maintain spine in straight posture and Avoid forward bending and lifting weights sleep on Hard couch and avoid pillow under head and use it under knees do hot fomentation and physiotherapy back IFT and ULTRASONIC THERAPY
