Buttock muscle losing cause unknown
Hello Doctor, I am losing buttock muscle qnd chest muscle tone  and its getting pain while sitting, unable to sit or sleep on floor , felling muscle fat getting loss if I press its like no fat only loose and fat less , unable to lift an weight like bucket , have diebetic under control fasting 94 and after food 1 hour checked it was 170 ..  creatine is normal check with nephrologist.. Wbc count shows high and ESR and CPK WAS HIGH , urine routine shows blood one + had one stone .. no the issue .. urine going like firmy qnd bubbles coming while apply water ... No protine loss in urine it was 20 only ... so what could be the issue ... qnd fatty liver GGT ITS WAS 100 ,NON DRINKER ...

In diabetes there is  a tendency to lose muscle.please consider strength training to improve muscle mass.unless contraindicated,you must add more plant protein to your diet.
