Burnt mark through Dettol on face
I accidentally applied undiluted Dettol on a pimple on my cheek, and now the area looks red/maroon, slightly swollen, and feels like a chemical burn. There's a burning sensation even after washing it with a gentle face wash. The affected area feels tight and looks glossy, with mild darkening around it.
Could you please advise me on how to treat this burn and prevent scarring or pigmentation?
