Dettol Burn
Hi! I got a burn on my face from using Dettol without diluting it . It doesn't hurt anymore but it has left a dark brown scar. So can I use Soframycin on the scar to make it go away?

I generally avoid soframycin since it can cause an allergic reaction, second it is not infected. Use a moisturizer multiple times a day. It will peel off in a week's time, then, if any pigmentation remains, do consult online
