Burning while pee in night
From couple of days before not like daily,
After pee getting burning sensation on top of penis.
This is happening only before bed in night for few minutes.
While laying down pain is staying around 20 mins then go away.

There is Urinary tract infection without any doubt. Casues for this is might be stones and all. Anyhow u need antibiotics and some syrup to solve the urinary tract issue till penis. Will help u for the medication and some recommendation to follow . For that I need few details. Connect

Could be a possible UTI. You need to do a couple of tests like blood sugar, urine microscopy/ culture. Do you have fever? Do you have pain at your lower back? Have you recently travelled somewhere? Kindly book an appointment and consult for further management
