Symptoms suggest acute urinary tract infection, possibly early kidney involvement as there is fever and one sided back pain. This is not a mild case and waiting without treatment can worsen infection
Next Steps
-Start empirical antibiotics Tab nitrofurantoin twice daily for 3 days now as culture report takes time -Urine culture already given so good, do not delay treatment -Take adequate fluids unless vomiting or severe pain -Paracetamol can be used for fever and pain -Consult doctor urgently to start proper antibiotic based on local protocol
Health Tips
-Do not hold urine -Maintain hydration -Watch for warning signs like high fever chills vomiting worsening back pain contact me anytime on practo for further consultation

Likely urine infection. Start antibiotics early—don’t wait 3 days; along with plenty fluids and urine alkalizer. If fever/back pain increases, consult urgently for proper treatment.
