I am a mother of one month old. Sometime in morning as soon as I wake up, I feel strong burning sensation in left breast more near and over nipple spread to whole breast. Even if I breastfeed that time, it won't go away but by the end of morning it goes slowly slowly. That burning sensation/pain is kinda unbearable most of the time. Tried nip care ointment and ice packs but not of great help. Is it something to worry about? Or should try different ointment?

Please consult a Gynaecologist in your area for a physical examination. There may be a physical abnormality in the breast. If there is none then a symptomatic treatment can be tried.
