I m 32 and feeling a pinching sort of sensation in my right breast often from last 20 days

First of all self examine your breasts for any mass or discharge . If found any go to consult a doctor immediately. If not and it's just a sensation ...start taking primosa 1000 mg twice daily for 10 days.
