Burning hands and feet
Hi I have had burning feet and hands since January, they burn constantly and also sweat a lot. My whole body feels like I am on fire. I had a common cold twice since January. I did my thyroid tsh t3 and t4 were normal and my b12 is 300 Plz tell me what to do? I feel like l have some major disease or illness hiding (cancer).

Burning sensation of hands and feet may be due to vitamin deficiencies (predominantly b12 and also other b vitamins) and also there are other causes. Here Vitamin b12 is in borderline .Need more history for the further plan of treatment..
