Burning and painful gums with swelling
I have been having severe burning sensation and pain in gums with swelling for the past 2-3 days. Also, i am feeling cold and weak but not feverish

hello,
you can do warm salt water rinses as a home remedy, but this will give only temporary relief from pain. you need to visit a dentist and get it checked.
